Nu’Keese Richardson fifth, Will Powers seventh in Mr. Football voting

Godby quarterback A.J. Graham was named Mr. Football by a statewide panel of high school football coaches and media. Plant coach Robert Weiner is the Coach of the Year.
Pahokee quarterback Nu’Keese Richardson received one first-place vote and finished fifth, while Jupiter Christian junior Will Powers, a running back and linebacker came in seventh. Each was named the Player of the Year in his classification.


Jupiter Christian’s Bill Powers and Pahokee’s Blaze Thompson came in fifth and sixth, respectively, in Coach of the Year voting. Powers grabbed three first-place votes and Thompson received one. Each was named the top coach in his classification.
