Dwyer, Glades Central, Glades Day games broadcast Friday

By Jason Lieser

There are three great ways to follow this week’s high school action if you can’t make it to the games:

The best is obviously the unparalleled coverage provided by’s live scoreboard on the homepage. You can track all six of this week’s playoff games on our site.

But if that doesn’t do it for you, you can hear Dwyer, Glades Central and Glades Day radio broadcasts Friday night.

Dwyer hosts New Smyrna Beach in the Class 4A regional final, which will be carried live on ESPN 760-AM. Ken LaVicka and Jason Pugh have the call. Check out for more details.

Glades Central has a chance to return to the state finals as it takes on Tampa-Robinson live on Sugar 900-AM. Haven’t heard from them but I have to assume Mike D is on that one.

You can also get updates and live in-game stats on Glades Central’s game vs. Robinson by following PBPjasonlieser on Twitter. Go to for that option.

Glades Day can book a trip to the state championship by beating Sarasota-Out-of-Door and you can hear that game online in two places.

Sugar 900 will have it at (and possibly on the air if the Glades Central game gets out of hand) beginning at 7 p.m. with John Christopher, and Chris Bruno.

You can also catch it at with Doug Miles and Ed Schneider calling the game.
