Boca Raton Christian feeling strong enough to play

By Matt Porter

Boca Raton Christian-Coral Springs Christian (Friday, 4 p.m.) is on.

Coming off a 56-0 loss to Westminster Academy, the Blazers are in line to play two games in a row for the first time all season.

With a roster of 16 ransacked by injuries, Boca Christian (0-2) has canceled three games and had one called early.

Boca Christian coach Kent Stapleton feels confident his team is healthy enough to compete.

“Normal bumps and bruises, but I think we’re going to be able to get a team out there,” he said.
