Silmore Dallaway, a senior-to-be who started at linebacker for Park Vista last season, transferred to American Heritage last week.

Dallaway and American Heritage head coach Doug Socha confirmed the move.

Dallaway, a 6-foot, 220-pound middle linebacker, had the most recruiting interest of any player at Park Vista this spring. West Virginia, FAU and Georgia State stopped by practice to see him, while BCS schools such as Wisconsin, Illinois and South Carolina expressed interest.

He is one of several potential college recruits to transfer to the Delray Beach private school this offseason. Olympic Heights linebacker Zach Slafsky, lineman Kyle Mahoney and athlete David Tanis, plus former Cardinal Newman wide receiver and defensive back Xavier Swinton switched schools.

Two American Heritage starters from last year, Jhavon Williams and Mike Maldonado, transferred to Palm Beach Central.
