Anthony, 34, will become the offensive coordinator for new Raiders coach Roosevelt Blackmon, who also played in the NFL.

Anthony, who was a big part of Steve Spurrier’s “fun ‘n gun” offense at Florida from 1994 to 1996 and won three SEC titles, played five seasons for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after the Bucs selected him in the first round (16th overall) of the 1997 NFL Draft. He caught 144 passes for 1,846 yards and sixteen touchdowns, ending his career in 2001.

Anthony was the wide receivers coach last season at Ocala-Trinity Catholic.

“It was a surprise, but a lot of the players are very excited about the change,” said Glades Central senior running back Dominique Gibson.
