Martin County, South Fork to play rivalry game for charity

By Jeff Greer

Martin County and South Fork will add new meaning to their football rivalry this fall.

The two schools will go head-to-head in the first-ever Martin County Charity Football Game on Sept. 2 at 7 p.m. at South Fork. General admission is $8 while VIP tickets are $25 and include end-zone bleacher seats and a catered tailgate party before the game. Proceeds will benefit CASTLE, a local child abuse education and prevention organization.

Martin County is expected to be one of the top teams in the Treasure Coast, and South Fork returns much of its talent from 2010. For more information, call (772) 219-1840.
