Football: FHSAA to to host live web stream of state championship games

For fans who can’t make it to Orlando for the football state championships, the FHSAA will offer live coverage of all games on

The games can be seen for no charge on the website, live from the Citrus Bowl in Orlando.

American Heritage will play in the Class 3A state championship this weekend. If it wins Friday’s Class 7A state semifinal game at Bradenton-Manatee, Dwyer’s state championship game will also be streamed live.

Here is the schedule of games this weekend. Next weekend’s games will follow the same time format, with opponents still be determined:

Friday, Dec. 9

Class 2A state championship, 1 p.m.

St.Petersburg-Admiral Farragut vs. Tallahassee-North Florida Christian

Class 1A state championship, 7 p.m.

Monticello-Jefferson County vs. Chipley

Saturday, Dec. 10

Class 3A state championship, 1 p.m.

Madison County vs. American Heritage

Class 4A state championship, 7 p.m.

Jacksonville-Bolles vs. Miami-Booker T. Washington

Friday, Dec. 16

Class 5A, 6A state championships, teams TBA

Saturday, Dec. 17

Class 7A, 8A state championships, teams TBA
