“Samantha has visited a lot of schools,” Dwyer coach Jeryl Akins said. “I think Georgia just made her feel comfortable, so hats off to [head] coach [Andy] Landers.”

Glodis, a second-team All-Area selection last season, is averaging a double-double per game.

With her 6-foot-3 frame and reliable mid-range jumper, Glodis gives the Bulldogs a face-up shooter with plenty of length, with room to develop into a strong post player.

ESPN HoopGurlz rates her as a three-star player (90 overall) and the 17th post player nationally in the junior class.

Glodis has been scouted by Boston College, St. Bonaventure, Florida State, Florida, Auburn, Kansas State, Iowa State and Duke.
