Johnson (5-11, 195, No. 70 on the Big Board) isn’t a known commodity to many Palm Beach County fans, but he’s one of the best seniors on the Treasure Coast. He’ll sign with Western Michigan tomorrow, Martin County coach Chuck Kenyon said.

Johnson had interest from FAU, FIU, Georgia State and UCF. Western Michigan was his only offer.

Johnson racked up 71 tackles (52 solo, 12 for loss), five sacks and four interceptions in his senior season. He had 74 tackles (50 solo, three for loss) and four interceptions as a junior. He was also a short-yardage ballcarrier who scored 17 touchdowns over three seasons.
