We’re heading toward the finish of the 2012 track season. Small schools are into regionals, while large schools are holding district meets this week.
Here’s what to watch for Class 2A and 1A regionals, which will be held Wednesday and Thursday in Miami:
CLASS 2A REGIONALS

When: 1 p.m. Wednesday
Storyline: Suncoast wants a boys team title, but will have to do it without star sprinter Antwan Wright (hamstring). Wright, a senior headed to Florida, is ranked fifth in the state (all classes) in the 200 and eighth in the 100. He was injured during last week’s District 13-2A meet.
