A judge set bail at more than $300,000 for a former Dwyer High School football standout who appeared in court this morning after he was accused early Friday of trying to run over two Jupiter Police officers with his car.

Michael Fleurizard, 20, faces 12 charges, including two counts of aggravated battery on a police officer, possession of synthetic narcotics, possession of marijuana and drunk driving. His first appearance was delayed Saturday to give prosecutors time to review the charges.
