By Anthony Chiang
Hello, high school sports fans. I wanted to introduce myself to you all as the new high school sports writer for The Palm Beach Post.
I will be replacing Matt Porter and working alongside Jeff Greer. As you probably have seen, Matt is now doing his thing as The Palm Beach Post’s Miami Hurricanes beat writer. I will do my best to try to fill in the big shoes he left behind.
As Matt heads to Miami to start his new beat, I’m leaving Miami to begin covering high school sports in Palm Beach County. I was born and raised in Miami and graduated from the University of Florida. Before coming to the Palm Beach Post, I worked for the University of Florida’s student-run newspaper, The Independent Florida Alligator, and interned with MLB.com and the Sun Sentinel. You can find me on Twitter at @Anthony_Chiang for news on Palm Beach County’s high school athletics.
I look forward to serving all of you, as Jeff and I work to continue to produce the type of high school coverage you have come to expect.
