Boys Basketball: All-Star games to be played Saturday at PB Lakes

Some of the area’s top senior boys basketball players will gather at Palm Beach Lakes High School Saturday for some post- post-season hoops.

The Gatorade Palm Beach All-Star Ballgame will feature Palm Beach County private and public school players competing against their Miami-Dade County counterparts at 6:30 and 8 p.m. The games follow an All-Star contest featuring Palm Beach County’s best girls basketball players against Miami Dade-County’s best at 5 p.m.

The private school boys game begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by the public school game at 8. A slam dunk contest will be featured at halftime of each game.

Palm Beach County schools lead the series 4-2.

Admission is $10 at the door.
