Keith Dow of Park Vista scored 15 points on 5-of-5 three-point shooting to lead the Palm Beach County public school All-Stars to an 84-70 victory against the Miami-Dade All-Stars Saturday in the Gatorade Palm Beach All-Star Basketball Game at Palm Beach Lakes High School.

Calvin Chandler of Park Vista added 12 points and 10 rebounds and Christian Brown of Park Vista had 10 points and two rebounds for Palm Beach. Steve Coulanges had a team-high four steals and three blocks.

Dow was named the game’s MVP.

Also on the roster for Palm Beach were Kenneth Anders (Dwyer), Marshall Riddle (Royal Palm Beach), Remone Birch (John I. Leonard), Marquell Hubbard (Palm Beach Gardens), Kory Brown (Boynton Beach), Jeff Demezier (Spanish River), LaTron Nelson (Atlantic), Jimmitry LeBlanc (Royal Palm Beach), Roderick Gaines (Dwyer) and Gito St. Fort (Palm Beach Lakes).

“Before the game, I told each kid that not many seniors get the chance to win their last game,” Palm Beach coach Tommy Kohlwaies said. “If they were to play team ball, we would come out with a win. They bought into my speech and did exactly that. They set picks, rebounded, took charges. It looked like these boys played together all year.”

In the private school All-Star game Saturday, Miami-Dade defeated Palm Beach 87-57.

Collin Gray of Boca Raton Christian led Palm Beach with 14 points, six rebounds and three steals. Uri Rahimi of St. Andrew’s added 10 points and two assists and Wesley Michel of Village Academy had nine points and four rebounds.

In the girls All-Star game, Miami-Dade rallied for a 65-64 victory against Palm Beach.
