Softball: Park Vista, Jupiter, Wellington maintain state ranking

Park Vista, Jupiter and Wellington remained among the state’s top teams in the class 8A softball poll released Tuesday by Miracle Sports.

Park Vista is ranked No. 2 behind Oviedo-Hagerty. Jupiter follows at No. 3, and Wellington is No. 7. Spanish River, Palm Beach Central and Port St. Lucie-Treasure Coast all earned honorable mention votes.

Also earning a state ranking this week were Dwyer in Class 7A (No. 9), Lincoln Park Academy in Class 4A (No. 6), Trinity Christian in Class 3A (No. 2) and Boca Raton Christian (No. 5) and Grandview Prep (No. 10) in Class 2A.
