District tennis competition is scheduled to begin Monday, with seven area schools set to host competition in four classifications. Two other district tournaments involving area teams will be held at Broward County schools.
Here is the list of host and participating schools:
District 9-Host Martin County. Tuesday, 9 a.m., at Halpatiokee Park, Stuart. Centennial, Dwyer, Fort Pierce Central, Jupiter, Martin County, Palm Beach Gardens, Treasure Coast, Vero Beach.
District 10-Host John I. Leonard. Monday, 8 a.m., on campus. John I. Leonard, Lake Worth, Palm Beach Central, Park Vista, Royal Palm Beach, Santaluces, Seminole Ridge, Wellington.
District 11-Host Spanish River. Monday, 8:15 a.m., at South County Park. Atlantic, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Parkland-Douglas, Olympic Heights, Spanish River, West Boca Raton.
District 14-Host South Fork. Tuesday, 9 a.m., at Okeechobee. Forest Hill, Jensen Beach, Okeechobee, Palm Beach Lakes, Port St. Lucie, South Fork.
District 15-Host Pembroke Pines Charter. Monday, time to be determined, on campus. Boynton Beach, Dillard, Coconut Creek, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines Charter.
District 14-Host Dreyfoos. Tuesday, 9 a.m., at Tennis Club Palm Beach. Clewiston, Dreyfoos, Fort Pierce Westwood, Glades Central, Lincoln Park Academy, Suncoast.
District 12-Host Benjamin, Tuesday, 9 a.m., on West campus. Benjamin, Berean Christian, Cardinal Newman, Jupiter Christian, King’s Academy, Port St. Lucie-Morningside, Oxbridge Academy, Hobe Sound-Pine School, Wellington Christian.
District 13-Host St. Andrew’s, Tuesday, 8 a.m., on campus. Delray American Heritage, Boca Raton Christian, FAU, Grandview Prep, Lake Worth Christian, Pope John Paul II, St. Andrew’s, Trinity Christian.
District 14-Host Weston-Sagemont, Tuesday, 8 a.m., at Weston Tennis Courts. Fort Lauderdale-Calvary Christian, Donna Klein Jewish Academy, Davie-Posnack, Weston-Sagemont, Sheridan Hills Christian, Fort Lauderdale-Westminster Academy, Yeshiva.
Regional matches will be held April 8 and 10, with the FHSAA Finals set for April 14-18 at Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs.
