Flag football: Unbeaten Seminole Ridge maintains top ranking

Two-time defending state champion Seminole Ridge maintained its top spot in the Florida Flag Football Power 25 state rankings released Sunday.

The Hawks won their 33rd consecutive game Friday with a 37-6 victory against Royal Palm Beach. Seminole Ridge also defeated 2013 state finalist Miami-Monsignor Pace 39-6 last week.

Dwyer entered the poll for the first time this season at No. 10 after beating previously No. 6-ranked Jupiter 13-6 in a District 22 contest. The Warriors fell to No. 11. Treasure Coast also is ranked in the poll at No. 20.
