Four area girls soccer teams will take the field tonight with a state tournament berth on the line.
West Boca, Dwyer, American Heritage and Oxbridge all advanced to tonight’s regional finals with victories Tuesday.
The Bulls will travel to Vero Beach in a Class 5A final; the Panthers will host Pembroke Pines Charter in a Class 4A final; American Heritage hosts Miami-MAST in a Class 2A final; and Oxbridge travels to Lakeland Christian for a Class 1A final.
All games start at 7 p.m.

Rain forced athletic directors from around the area to make tough decisions on Thursday.
Three boys soccer regional quarterfinal games were postponed as a result. Due to inclement weather and “dangerous conditions,” Jupiter’s home playoff game against Haines City-Ridge Community, Atlantic’s home playoff game against South Fork, and Martin County’s home playoff game against Forest Hill have been pushed back. Each of the contests were originally scheduled to be played on Thursday at 7 p.m.

Boca Raton junior forward Sebastian Elney returns to Palm Beach County Saturday following a week of training with the U.S. Men’s Soccer Under-18 National Team in Lakewood Ranch.
Elney learned Jan. 1 he had been selected for the team and traveled to Lakewood Ranch, near Bradenton, three days later for a week-long training camp.
