Though we have a week of real games to view as evidence, we’re still not totally convinced every team in our rankings will remain in the top 10 for the duration of the season. Baseball: Rain washes away Santaluces Slam finals

Baseball season and rainy season decided to hit Palm Beach County at the same time.

Friday’s games at the season-opening Santaluces Slam have been postponed, Santaluces coach Nick Franco said.

Rain forced the postponement of Thursday’s games at the eight-team tournament, pushing them to Friday. With those games now being play Saturday, the tournament will forgo its finals.

The tournament will now conclude Saturday. The schedule is:

12 p.m.

Field 3: Atlantic vs. Trinity Christian
Field 4: American Heritage vs. King’s Academy

2:30 p.m.

Field 3: Palm Beach Central vs. Summit Christian
Field 4: Jupiter vs. Santaluces
