2016 Big Board breakdown: No. 4, Isaiah Johnson

Each weekday leading up to the start of spring practice, we’ll release a new player from the top 10 of our Class of 2016 Big Board and break down his game with an interactive graphic. Today, it’s No. 4, Isaiah Johnson, a wide receiver at Dwyer.

At 6-foot-3, 210 pounds, Johnson is a big target who gives opposing defenses plenty of problems. His combination of size and athleticism has college coaches drooling over his potential. Tavares Martin still hoping to play Division I football after signing with junior college

The start of spring football practice is less than a month away, as it begins on April 27 and spring games are scattered throughout the second half of May. The countdown is on.

We’re less than one month away from the start of spring football practice and less than five months from the start of the high school football regular season.

While we wait for those big dates, the Palm Beach Post obtained a copy of the finalized high school football schedules sent to local coaches Tuesday. These schedules include each team that’s considered to be a part of the Palm Beach County Conference, which leaves out the majority of private schools.

Recruiting: Dwyer WR Isaiah Johnson commits to Florida Gators

Less than a week after decommitting from Miami, Isaiah Johnson has a new home.

The 2016 Dwyer wide receiver verbally committed to Florida on Friday evening. Panthers coach Jack Daniels confirmed the news, which was first reported by 247Sports. [More]

After taking an unofficial visit to Florida this past weekend, Isaiah Johnson is rethinking things.

The 2016 Dwyer wide receiver decommitted from Miami on Sunday afternoon, announcing that his new top three consists of Florida, Miami and UCF. It’s the second time Johnson has decommitted this year, as he flipped his commitment from Louisville to the Hurricanes in February. [More]
