Everybody ready to watch fireworks?

Well, in this week’s installment of the mailbag, we took the time to compare a couple of Palm Beach County high school football teams to fireworks. Seems fitting, right?

Semifinalists announced for Lou Groza Award high school awards

Glades Day wins Gear Up Grant funds from contact-lens manufacturer

Glades Day will receive $2,500 in grant funds and each athlete on the team who needs corrective lenses will receive one year’s supply from CooperVision, a contact-lens manufacturer.
