A former Glades Central High School co-athletic director has been charged with grand theft and fraud for allegedly falsifying official records that allowed him to pocket sports supplement money from the school district.

Henry Cook Jr., 40, of Riviera Beach, is accused of fraudulently asking for and receiving $6,550 in supplements in 2008 for coaching swimming and flag football, though Glades Central doesn’t have a swim team and the school’s actual flag football coach that season told police he never received money from Cook.
