FHSAA plans review of drug policy in wake of pro baseball steroid scandal

With professional sports embroiled in an ongoing struggle with performance-enhancing drug use, the Florida High School Athletic Association announced on Tuesday its intention to review the organization’s existing PED prevention policies.


Miami’s Dr. Krop High slammed by FHSAA fines for basketball violations

Miami-Dr. Krop got some seriously bad news Wednesday when the Florida High School Athletic Association slammed the school with $53,000 in fines and a three-year postseason ban because of violations by the school’s basketball team.
