Fort Pierce Central senior Brittni Montgomery signed with Virginia Tech on Wednesday. Montgomery, a 6-foot-3 center, averaged 12 points and 10 rebounds a game for Fort Pierce Central last season. She also was getting interest from South Florida, Old Dominion and Georgia Tech, but after going on her official visit to Virginia Tech last month, she canceled her other visits.
