Joe Nappi has resigned West Boca Raton’s boys’ basketball coach, Athletic Director Randy Kalman confirmed Wednesday. Last week, Mike Cavanagh confirmed that he’d stepped down as Lake Worth’s boys’ hoops coach in early April.
